ESTATE PLANNING AND PROBATE

Greg is a skilled estate planning adviser and can assist you in making a sound estate plan that fits in with your overall financial goals. In addition to helping you plan, Greg can handle the entire process for you.

After a loved one has passed away, the time comes to administer the estate. This can be a painful time and many people desire assistance navigating the complex court process associated with probating the Will and administering an estate.

Greg can handle the entire probate process for you, from proving the Will and getting an Administrator or Executor appointed to final settlement and distribution of the estate assets.

FORECLOSURE AND FORECLOSURE DEFENSE

Greg has experience in assisting with foreclosure upon real property as well as defending against foreclosure.  If you have a property that is in default and need to pursue foreclosure, Greg can assess your situation and determine your best course of action.  In addition, Greg is an expert in negotiating short sales if you are a homeowner in default and need to sell your home.

COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATES OF DELINQUENCY

When it comes to collecting these tax liens, Greg has a refined process of collection that ensures a very high rate of collection for the owner of the Certificate of Delinquency.  In addition, Greg strives to treat each delinquent taxpayer with respect and courtesy throughout the process.  With the laws changing frequently in the Certificate of Delinquency arena, you need someone on your side who can make sure that you follow the letter of the law.  Greg is that person when it comes to Kentucky Certificates of Delinquency.
