Greg Taylor & Associates, PLLC is based in Murray, Kentucky, where we have served our Calloway County clients since 2006.
In 2018, in order to better serve Graves County and the surrounding areas, we expanded our practice to open an office in Mayfield.
In 2022, we opened our newest office in Clinton, Kentucky to serve Hickman County, Fulton County, Carlisle County and Ballard County.
Real estate law is major focus of our firm. Over the past several years, we have served thousands of clients by conducting residential and commercial real estate closings and 1031 exchanges, providing title insurance services, and preparing deeds, leases, land contracts and easements.

Our Attorneys
Greg Taylor
A Calloway County native, Greg Taylor is an attorney licensed in Kentucky and Tennessee. He’s been practicing law in his hometown since graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2003. He earned his bachelor of arts from Murray State University in 2000 and graduated from Christian Fellowship High School in Marshall County in 1996.
Greg practices law in the areas of real estate, corporate law, estate planning and probate, and elder law. When he’s not working, Greg is active in the Murray and Calloway County community. He has previously served on the Murray City Council and on the United Way of Murray-Calloway County board. Currently, Greg serves on the board of directors for Life House Care Center, 212 Campus Ministry, Murray Christian Fellowship and Soup for the Soul. He and his wife, Kristin, have three children, Cate, Ben and Rachel. They like to cheer for the Racers and spend time at Kentucky Lake.
Nicholas S. Thomas
A lifelong resident of Mayfield, Nick graduated from Graves County High School in 2004 and then spent the next seven years in Lexington, where he attended the University of Kentucky for both undergraduate and law school. In 2008, Nick graduated summa cum laude with Bachelor of Art degrees in both history and political science and then earned his juris doctorate in 2011.
After passing the bar, Nick returned to Mayfield in 2012, where he has since worked as a lawyer focused on real estate, estate planning, probate, corporate, and municipal law. Nick is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.
Nick is a member and former secretary of the Mayfield Kiwanis Club and has served with Project CARAT of Paducah and the Mayfield-Graves County Fuller Center for Housing. In his free time, Nick can be found enjoying various card, board, and video games at his local game store.
